Earlier in the month I signed up to do a bake swap hosted by the lovely Vonnie from Adventures of a lady in training. As you may have noticed, I rather like baking so I thought this was an ideal swap for me, and I really enjoyed putting my partner’s parcel together.

The recipient of my parcel was Livi and I hope she liked what I sent. I made her some peanut butter cookies as she said she loves anything nutty, some peppermint tea, a knitted mug cosy to keep her tea warm, a little bar of hazelnut chocolate, a cookie recipe book and a little recipe card with the peanut butter cookie recipe on it.

I received a lovely parcel packed full of hand-baked goodies from Elaine, which included banana and chocolate loaf, scrummy rocky road traybake, chocolate fudge cupcakes, pink lemonade cupcakes and a recipe card. Sorry there’s no photo – the girls and I got stuck into the goodies straight away!
