Last week we had a go at pressure piping – using royal icing to create designs by increasing and decreasing the pressure on the piping bag. As usual, my tutor made it look so easy and I struggled to make it look like anything! This week I brought home my attempts so I have photographs. The only problem was that we practised on card which bends, with royal icing that doesn’t! So unfortunately, some of it now looks even worse than when I started!
