You may have seen from my post a few weeks ago that I was chosen as one of the mummies to try out the MuTu System – a combination of exercises and healthy eating to combat my ‘Mummy Tummy’. So I thought I’d give you a little update on how I’m doing.

The first 2 weeks I did really well. I discovered loads of new foods I liked, including rye bread, Dr Karg crackers and cashew nut butter. I didn’t eat anything I shouldn’t have and I started feeling less bloated. I did the gentle exercises every day, but I wasn’t so good at getting the trainers out to get sweaty! Anyway, I did lose 4lbs and several family members commented on how well I was looking, so I was very happy!

Last week, it all went a little off track. The pressures of intensive recipe testing got to me and I slipped back into my old ways. Hardly any exercise and too many bad things to eat left me feeling sluggish and bloated again and the flabby tummy began to make a reappearance.

Anyway, I am writing that off as a bad week and I am back on track today and feeling positive. The recipes testing is done, the healthy shopping has been ordered and the trainers are ready to face some action. I am off to watch my next set of videos now to boost my motivation and learn some new exercises. Wish me luck!
